What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, or credit card. For credit card payments there is an additional 8% fee.

When is my payment due?
Payment is due at delivery on all rentals. You are able to pay in advance, however after you are paid we do not issue refunds if items are removed or if the event is cancelled.
What are your hours?
We currently do not offer a show room or office location but we deliver and provide customer service 7 days a week.
When should I place my order?
We recommend reserving once you decide on the items you are interested in to ensure the best selection! We are only able to place holds on final decisions. We are able to make adjustments as inventory allows up to 30 days before your event. Our best recommendation is to secure what you know you want and need, and add items as you get further into final details. This saves your spot on our fast-filling delivery schedule and also makes sure your must-haves are reserved! We encourage you to secure your must-haves sooner rather than later to ensure availability.
How do I book?

Your items will be reserved for you once we receive a signed rental agreement and deposit (if applicable). Start the process.

Do you deliver and setup/breakdown?

Yes we offer delivery within a 2 hour radius! Delivery fees are additional and are calculated based on the final rental order. Rental minimums may apply to be eligible for delivery **

  • Tent set up and breakdown are included in the price.
  • Table and chair set up and chair restacking after your event can be added for an additional charge.
  • We will setup tents, tables, chairs etc. in areas that are accessible by both trailer and dolly.

Requests for delivery/collection the day of the event, after hours, or delivery/collection at specific times will result in an additional fee and must be coordinated at the time of reserving the items. An additional fee will also be charged for deliveries that do not have direct trailer and dolly accessibility or require the use of stairs.

Are rental rates for just 24 hours?
Our rental rates are not just for a 24 hour period for our wedding/ event rentals. We try to set up the tent as early as possible so our events have plenty of time to set up! We can also be flexible with our pick up dates as long as the items do not to be delivered to another event right after.
Can I pick up my rentals?
Yes! You are able to pick up your rentals. A box trailer and a dolly are required for most pickups. We also require credit card payment at booking for pick up orders.
What is provided with the bathroom trailer? What are the requirements for the bathroom trailer?
With the bathroom trailer the stalls come stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. We also provide a box for refills. That box will come with 4 extra rolls of toilet paper, a stack of paper towels, and a soap refill. The bathroom trailers only requirement is power. No water hookup is necessary.

What is the difference between a pole and a frame tent?
A frame tent is the higher end tent of the 2. This is the tent we recommend for weddings. This tent has no poles down the middle and fewer stakes. There are only 8’ poles around the perimeter. You are able to utilize more square footage with a frame tent and have more table layout options. We are also able to hang a chandelier in a frame tent and do a dancefloor larger than 18×18’, where as those are not options in a pole tent. A frame tent is able to be set up on any level surface. While pole tents are very stable and secure, a frame tent is the stable option.

A pole tent is a great budget friendly option. Pole tents are perfect for family gatherings, parties, reunions, and festivals. This tent has one or more poles down the middle and a stake at each perimeter pole. Perimeter poles are 7’ tall. Table layouts and spacing may be limited because of the poles. Due to the staking requirements, pole tents are only able to be set up in level grass areas.

Do I need to provide power for my rentals?
Yes we do ask that you provide power as no generators are included in our prices. However we do offer a variety of generator options to help you power your event.
What is RM rentals cancellation policy?
RM rentals allows cancellations at any time. However any deposits or payments made in advance are nonrefundable for any reason.
